The Tiidon Verified Sellers program helps build trust on the marketplace by identifying sellers whose personal identity or business documents have been reviewed by Tiidon. Verification may also help eligible sellers gain access to additional platform features, including ecommerce selling tools.
Tiidon Market is a marketplace platform operated by Tiidon Innovations Limited. To improve safety and trust, Tiidon may review submitted identity or business documents from sellers and grant a verified seller status where the review requirements are met.

1. What Verified Sellers Means

Tiidon may determine, at its discretion, which verification type applies to a seller account.
4. Requirements and Documents
To apply for verification, a seller may be asked to submit relevant information and documentation.
For identity verification, this may include:

- National ID, passport, or other acceptable identity document
For business verification, this may include:
- Registered business name

5. Review Process

9. What Verification Does Not Mean
Verification should not be misunderstood as a guarantee or warranty from Tiidon.
- It does not guarantee that a seller will always perform properly in every transaction
- It does not mean Tiidon becomes responsible for the seller’s products or services
- It does not guarantee authenticity, delivery speed, or refund outcome
- It does not prevent Tiidon from taking enforcement action if rules are broken
Reminder: Buyers should still review listings carefully and take normal transaction precautions even when a seller is verified.
10. Withdrawal of Verification
Tiidon may suspend, remove, downgrade, or withdraw a seller’s verification status at any time where it reasonably believes that the seller no longer meets platform requirements or has violated Tiidon’s rules.
- Submission of false, expired, or misleading documents
- Fraudulent activity or account misuse
- Serious buyer complaints or trust concerns
- Violation of Tiidon’s Terms, Seller Guidelines, or safety policies
- Failure to cooperate with a verification or compliance review
Enforcement note: Tiidon may remove verification status without prior written notice where necessary to protect users or the platform.
