Prohibited Items Policy

1. Policy Overview

This Prohibited Items Policy identifies categories of content, products, services, and activity that are not allowed on Tiidon Market. The examples listed in this policy are illustrative and not exhaustive.

Even if a specific item, service, or behavior is not expressly named in this policy, Tiidon may still restrict, remove, or report it if it creates legal, safety, fraud, reputational, technical, or operational risk.

2. General Rule

Users may not post, advertise, list, offer, promote, request, or facilitate the sale of any item or service that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, dangerous, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by Tiidon.

• All listings must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• All listings must comply with Tiidon’s marketplace rules and safety standards.
• Tiidon may remove listings that create risk even where the law is unclear or still under review.
• Users may not use Tiidon to help others commit fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

3. Illegal Items

Items that are illegal to possess, sell, distribute, promote, import, export, or use are not allowed on Tiidon.

• Items prohibited by criminal law or regulatory law
• Property obtained through unlawful means
• Forged documents, fake certificates, or unlawful identification materials
• Items sold in violation of licensing, permit, import, export, or regulatory restrictions
• Goods or services whose sale requires authorization the seller does not have

4. Stolen, Counterfeit and Infringing Goods

Users must not list or sell stolen goods, suspected stolen property, fake branded goods, pirated products, copied products, or products that infringe the rights of others.

• Stolen phones, electronics, accessories, vehicles, or household items
• Counterfeit branded fashion, shoes, bags, watches, cosmetics, or accessories
• Pirated software, cracked digital products, unauthorized copies, or unlicensed media
• Items that infringe trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights
• Products falsely represented as original, genuine, or authorized

5. Weapons and Dangerous Items

Tiidon does not permit the listing or promotion of weapons or dangerous items that may create a safety risk or require special legal authorization.

• Firearms, ammunition, explosive devices, or weapon components
• Homemade or improvised weapons
• Explosives, grenades, fireworks where restricted, or explosive materials
• Other dangerous devices or products intended for violence or serious harm
• Items designed primarily for unlawful injury or intimidation

6. Drugs and Controlled Substances

Illegal drugs, unlawfully sold controlled substances, and drug-related illegal trade are prohibited.

• Illegal narcotics or unlawful substances
• Controlled drugs sold without lawful authority or required prescription handling
• Drug paraphernalia intended for unlawful use
• Listings that promote, facilitate, or disguise illegal drug activity
• Products marketed to avoid drug laws or enforcement

7. Unsafe Medical and Health Products

Tiidon may prohibit medical, cosmetic, wellness, or health-related products that are unsafe, misleading, unlawfully sold, or inappropriate for sale through the platform.

• Prescription-only products sold without lawful authority
• Unsafe medical devices or unapproved medical claims
• Products making false cure, treatment, or diagnosis claims
• Expired, contaminated, or tampered health products
• Products that may create serious health or safety risk for buyers

8. Fraudulent, Deceptive or Scam Listings

Tiidon strictly prohibits scams, fake offers, deceptive sales practices, impersonation, and any listing intended to trick or exploit users.

• Fake job offers or fake business opportunities
• Advance-fee scams or requests for misleading payments
• Listings for goods that do not exist or are intentionally misrepresented
• Impersonation of brands, businesses, institutions, or other people
• Attempts to steal money, credentials, or personal information
• Fake charity requests or false emergency appeals

9. Illegal Financial and Investment Services

Certain financial or investment-related services may not be offered or promoted on Tiidon where they are unlawful, misleading, unlicensed, fraudulent, or abusive.

• Illegal financial schemes or unlawful investment solicitations
• Guaranteed-return scams or misleading profit promises
• Unauthorized lending, money handling, or payment collection services
• Services requiring financial licensing where the seller is not authorized
• Fraudulent savings, trading, forex, crypto, or investment schemes

10. False Documents and Identity Abuse

Tiidon prohibits listings and activities involving identity abuse, document fraud, or falsified records.

• Fake IDs, forged licenses, fake certificates, or altered legal documents
• Listings offering identity manipulation or impersonation services
• Stolen account credentials or identity-related data
• Services intended to falsify academic, employment, or legal records

11. Hacked, Malicious or Unlawful Digital Goods

Users may not sell or distribute digital products or tools that are unlawful, malicious, abusive, or designed to harm others.

• Hacked accounts, stolen login details, or unauthorized access tools
• Malware, spyware, ransomware, or harmful code
• Cracked software keys, pirated access, or bypass tools
• Tools designed to abuse, spam, scrape, or disrupt systems unlawfully
• Services that help others hack, impersonate, or attack digital systems

12. Adult, Offensive or Inappropriate Content

Tiidon may prohibit adult, obscene, abusive, degrading, or seriously inappropriate listings and content, especially where such content is unlawful, exploitative, unsafe, or unsuitable for the platform.

• Obscene or exploitative sexual content
• Listings involving non-consensual, abusive, or unlawful adult content
• Extremely offensive, hateful, or degrading content used to harass or exploit
• Listings whose primary purpose is abusive shock value or harmful exploitation

13. Wildlife, Animal Abuse and Restricted Animal Trade

Tiidon may prohibit listings involving unlawful wildlife trade, animal cruelty, protected species, or abusive animal-related activity.

• Protected wildlife or unlawfully traded animals
• Animal parts sold in violation of applicable law
• Listings that promote cruelty, abuse, or harmful treatment of animals
• Animal trade that requires licensing or permits the seller does not have

14. Unsafe, Harmful or Hazardous Items

Tiidon may prohibit items that are dangerous, unsafe, recalled, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for sale through the platform.

• Hazardous chemicals or toxic materials sold unlawfully
• Unsafe industrial or household materials
• Recalled products or items with serious known safety defects
• Items that create unreasonable risk of injury, poisoning, or harm
• Products sold without proper safety disclosure where required

15. Misleading Content and Misrepresentation

Users must not misrepresent the nature, quality, ownership, price, brand, condition, source, legality, or availability of goods or services listed on the platform.

• Using false images to represent an item
• Advertising an unavailable product to attract buyers
• Claiming an item is original when it is fake or copied
• Hiding major defects, risks, or restrictions in a listing
• Using intentionally misleading titles, categories, or pricing structures
• Falsely claiming business authorization, certification, or verified status

16. Enforcement Actions

Tiidon may take enforcement action whenever it reasonably believes that a listing, item, service, or user activity violates this policy, the Terms and Conditions, or applicable law.

• Removal or disabling of listings
• Reduced visibility of listings
• Warnings to users or sellers
• Restriction or withdrawal of seller privileges
• Suspension or permanent termination of accounts
• Referral to law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities where appropriate

17. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report listings, sellers, or activities that appear illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise in violation of this policy.

Tiidon may review reported content, investigate available evidence, and take action where appropriate. Reporting a listing does not guarantee a specific enforcement outcome, but it helps improve marketplace safety.

18. Changes to this Policy

Tiidon may revise this Prohibited Items Policy from time to time to reflect legal developments, platform safety needs, operational changes, and marketplace risk management requirements.

Any updated version becomes effective once posted on this page unless otherwise stated.
