Mobile Money Agent

We are hiring a Mobile Money Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must be reliable, customer-friendly, and able to handle mobile money transactions accurately. Responsibilities: Assist customers with mobile money deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions Handle cash carefully and accurately Provide good customer service Keep proper transaction records Maintain honesty and professionalism at work Requirements: Must have a Zambia NRC Must have a Grade 9 or 12 Certificate Must reside in Chawama, Kuku, or Bob’s Corner area Must be trustworthy and able to handle money properly Good communication skills Experience in mobile money work is an added advantage Benefits: Fixed salary offered
