Customer Retention Officer – Tiidon Marketplace

Role Overview Tiidon Marketplace is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Retention Officer to help maintain strong relationships with existing sellers. In this role, you will ensure sellers remain active, satisfied, and consistently listing products on the platform. Your focus will be on engagement, support, and long-term seller growth.
